The Fountain
The Fountain supported a conference titled "A Decade after 9/11: Incitement to Hatred and Violence on the Basis of Religion or Belief," which took place at the Times Center on September 28. The conference was hosted by the master of ceremonies of the event, composer, singer, and producer, Mr. Tomaczek Bednarek, featuring Dr. Carol Dahir from New York Institute of Technology; Emmy winning TV host, CBS inside edition host, and news celebrity Rita Cosby; Dr. John Pahl from Lutheran School of Theology; Alex Kronemer, Co-Founder & CEO of Unity Productions Foundation; Scott M. Stringer, Manhattan Borough President; Prof. Jonathan Laurence, political scientist from Boston College; Dr. Walter Wagner from Moravian College and Theological Seminary; Hakan Yesilova, editor of The Fountain; Abdullah T. Antepli, Muslim Chaplain, Faculty of Islamic studies at Duke University; Marc Scheuer, director, UN Alliance of Civilizations; and Mohamed Younis, senior analyst from Abu Dhabi Gallup Center.
